Christie’s RMA policy has been established with our customers in mind, so that we may be best placed within our industry to deal with warranty claims efficiently and improve the level of service provided.

Christie is committed to continue to improve Customer and Technical Services to its Channel Partners and End Users, and therefore, has established an easier way of requesting and obtaining service parts and product repair services under warranty.

Effective immediately, Christie's RMA Policy has been reviewed and updated with our customers in mind, so that we may be best placed within our industry to deal with warranty claims efficiently and improve upon the level of service provided.
