Christie TVC-500 display wall control systems
Christie TVC-500 digital display wall controllers
Overview
The Christie TVC-500 video wall controller provides the performance, compatibility and versatility required for real-world 24/7 video wall applications. Whether your video wall includes only a few projection displays or a huge array of displays, the TVC-500 video wall controller provides cost effective capability and the flexibility to manage and display all the information you need to see, the way you want to see it.
Powerful graphics processing
The Christie TVC-500 video wall controller utilises proven processing technology developed by Hewlett Packard, an industry leader in reliable, industrial-grade servers and work station platforms. Built on a powerful 2.4 GHz Intel® Xeon® Quad Core processor with 2GB of RAM, high speed PCI-Express architecture and redundant hard drives, the Christie TVC-500 is fast and powerful. Inputs and outputs are driven by the latest graphics processing hardware technologies enabling the display of multiple video and RGB inputs anywhere and any size across display walls with up to 27 million pixels of display space. You will always feel confident about the performance and capabilities of the wall processing system to meet your demanding needs.
Multiple input display of external media
This powerhouse controller accepts up to 16 standard video input sources that can be simultaneously displayed anywhere, at any size, on your video wall. The TVC-500 can also display up to 4 RGB/DVI inputs simultaneously with a very fast refresh rate due to the high bandwidth PCI-Express architecture. External computer or High Definition video sources can be displayed with ease and great visual performance. Additionally, because the TVC-500 is a network based system, up to 100 connected clients may also be simultaneously displayed as desired. Displayed clients could be from another room, another building, another city or even another country allowing multiple centers to share and collaborate information with each other.
MASTERSuite wall management software
Included with our TVC-500, MASTERSuite Lite wall management software provides the perfect blend of functionality and simplicity to enable maximum display wall control with a minimal learning curve. Enabling local and remote management of display wall content, MASTERSuite Lite requires simple client side installation with unlimited free client seats.
- High resolution graphics and video from multiple sources can be displayed any size, anywhere, anytime, across the entire display wall.
- Designed for full compatibility with Christie's complete line of video wall products.
Christie TVC-500 controllers ship standard with Microsoft Windows 7, allowing most software applications to run efficiently and seamlessly on your video wall directly from the controller. Software from older legacy systems which may not be compatible with Windows 7 can be displayed from the original hardware using the TVC's multiple analog and digital inputs. This provides users with a consistent interface that is fully compatible with mixed platform environments.
The TVC with MASTERSuite Video Wall Controller Advantage
The power and flexibility of our exclusive Christie MASTERSuite™ Lite software with WallManager™ and MediaManager™ programs, enables tiled video wall displays to respond as a single, ultra-high resolution Windows desktop. Display multiple media outputs anywhere and at any size. Arrange to see one image across the entire display, or place multiple video windows across the display. Quickly create and save multiple wall layouts or scenarios for fast recall and display. You have full control over the content, either at the wall or via networked remote clients.
A simple technology comparison reveals that the network-based video wall controller is far more versatile and easier to use than the matrix switcher or image processor solutions.
Christie display wall controller servers and software are designed to be fully compatible with all Christie rear projection systems and display cubes and enclosures.
